America Passion Coach

About Us

Motivation is not optional anymore—it’s a leadership requirement

From Motive to Action

Today’s organizations are navigating disengagement, generational disconnect, burnout, and cultural drift. At the same time, individuals are quietly questioning purpose, direction, and what’s next.

America’s Passion Coach meets leaders and teams exactly where they are—and then moves them forward with clarity, energy, and action.

With more than 20 years of experience and presentations delivered at 2,500 organization sites nationwide, America’s Passion Coach is known for doing more than inspiring a moment. He equips people to change how they think, how they lead, and how they show up—long after the session ends.

At the core of this work is the Motive-Action Framework—a practical approach that transforms motivation from a one-time emotional surge into repeatable processes, habits, and systems for success. Because motivation that isn’t applied fades. Motive-Action ensures it sticks.

Beyond the stage and the strategy, the philosophy behind America’s Passion Coach is rooted in real life. He has been married for 32 years and is the proud father of four amazing children—experiences that shape his understanding of commitment, growth, resilience, and legacy.

Whether working with organizations, leaders, or emerging professionals, America’s Passion Coach brings a rare blend of authenticity, insight, and accountability—helping people move from inspired… to intentional… to impactful.

About Us

About Us - Personal

Before I am a speaker, before I am a coach, before I am “America’s Passion Coach” — I am a husband and a father. I have been blessed to be married for 32 incredible years, and I am the proud father of four amazing children who inspire me every single day. Two of my children are college graduates, one is currently excelling as a college honors student, and one is an honors student in high school — and I could not be more proud of the character, discipline, and drive they display.

Family means everything to me because it is my first leadership assignment and my most important legacy. It’s where values are lived, not just taught. It’s where accountability is real. It’s where love and standards coexist. I have always believed that if I’m going to challenge organizations to build strong cultures, I must build one at home first. Practicing what I preach around my own dinner table — consistency, civility, faith, perseverance, and excellence — is the foundation of who I am. My family is my why, my anchor, and my greatest accomplishment.

You don’t need more motivation—you need direction.

If you’re ready to stop talking about change and start creating it, let’s begin.
